With the array of windows, sliding glass doors, swing doors, storefront and curtain wall systems; JODAN can accommodate the design pressure and water penetration required for new and existing buildings. Working in the design process with Architects we assist in design as well as budget pricing. Whether it is one unit or a total building we service the owner with minimal disturbance and the highest quality products.
With more and more LEEDS type projects our manufacturers are in step with today’s needs and requirements. JODAN has provided sunshades, light shelves and insulated panels as well as insulated LOW E in thermal frames to assist the Architect in achieving thermal and STC requirements.
JODAN has worked on new as well as existing Hotel and Resort projects. We offer systems that are designed to get the product installed quickly and within budget to meet the projects schedule. We have worked with 5 STAR accommodations as well as many others in updating their facilities with minimal downtime for their units.
Codes are changing and the insurance industry is looking to their clients’ to bring their property up to code. JODAN has been in the forefront of furnishing code compliant products for existing buildings to meet or exceed the requirements of state codes and the insurance industry with updated products.
JODAN has worked on several of projects that have required the design, engineering and development of an aluminum window assembly to meet the stringent Florida Building Code and accommodating the requirements of the local preservation and Florida Historical Society. We make the old look new.
With hospitals being classified as essential facilities, JODAN has the products to meet impact and loading requirements. Medical facilities which have taken to internal blinds within the window system that eliminates maintenance and cleaning concerns. With the internal blinds the STC values improve with the additional takeout panel, which is a LEED feature.
